Who is my coach?
Your coach is Paul Whittaker — an experienced endurance coach with over 20 years of competitive experience including representing England, competing at Olympic Trials and running a 2:22 marathon.
What does the coaching include?
You’ll receive a personalised weekly training plan with ongoing feedback and adjustments. Coaching can include running workouts, pacing guidance, strength training guidance, drills, and race-focused preparation.
What packages do you offer?
We offer three monthly coaching packages:
- Foundation – £35/month
- Performance – £65/month
- Peak – £100/month
How do I get started?
Book your free 15-minute consultation directly through the website. This allows us to discuss your goals and design the right package for you.
What if my availability changes?
No problem — all coaching plans are flexible and can be adjusted anytime to fit your schedule, work or family commitments.
Can I train around injury or recovery?
Yes. Plans are fully adapted to support return-to-running from injury, loading management and safe progression based on your history and symptoms.
What level of runner is this for?
Coaching is suitable for complete beginners right through to competitive runners chasing personal bests or podium finishes.
How do I contact my coach?
Support is provided via email or WhatsApp depending on your package. You’ll have regular communication with Paul throughout your coaching journey.
