Wed 11th May - 45 mins + 45 mins 

Thurs 12th May - 2 x 8-6-4-2-1mins + 45 mins

Fri 13th May - 45 mins + 45 mins

Sat 14th May - 2 hours 

Sun 15th May - 30 mins easy 

 

Summary:

Another week ticked off at approximately 80 miles for the week, felt good, especially on the 8-6-4-2-1 session. Still only training at 80% capacity as I am building up gradually over each month.
