Mon 2nd May - 10 mins w.up - 8 x 1000m/40 mins easy + 45 mins easy 

Tues 3rd May - 45 mins + 45 mins 

Wed 4th May - 40 mins + 30 mins 

Thurs 5th May - 60 mins 

Fri 6th May - 2 x 3-2-1k with 2 mins float + 45 mins 

Sat 7th May - 40 mins 

Sun 8th May - 1 hour 45 mins 

 

Summary:

Another week ticked off, both sessions went well. Especially Friday. Was running some good splits at HR target. Still a long way off my best but it’s coming along nicely.
