At PW Performance Coaching we will plan 12 weeks of MAF Training for you bespoke to your current fitness level.
Every 4 weeks we will conduct a MAF TEST which will enable us to track your fitness progression.
All you need is a HR monitor chest strap and/or watch that tracks heart rate.
