MAF stands for Maximum Aerobic Function, and focuses on the aerobic system—the fat burning engine of your body. Broadly speaking, MAF is about achieving a lifestyle that helps you control chronic inflammation; manage stress, burn fat and more.

At PW Performance Coaching we will plan 12 weeks of MAF Training for you bespoke to your current fitness level. 

Every 4 weeks we will conduct a MAF TEST which will enable us to track your fitness progression. 

All you need is a HR monitor chest strap and/or watch that tracks heart rate.
